Deviled Egg Flight: High Protein Snack Platter
This deviled egg flight is a high-protein, flavor-packed appetizer or snack board idea featuring one classic deviled egg base and four globally inspired topping variations.
Ingredients
Base:
10–12 large eggs
4 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Optional Toppings (mix and match):
Pesto
Sliced olives
Chili oil
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Pickled red onion
Avocado slices
Fresh lime juice
Feta cheese
Instructions
Bring eggs to room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
Bring water to a boil. Carefully lower eggs into water and boil for 12 minutes.
Transfer eggs immediately to an ice bath and cool completely.
Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
Mash yolks with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
Divide eggs into four groups and top with desired flavor combinations.
Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
