Meet my new breakie obsession 🤝🏽Cottage Cheese Toasties ✨
TBH—cottage cheese used to be a hard pass for me 🙅🏽‍♀️ (the texture just wasn’t it). But this recipe? Total game changer. The air fryer takes it from lumpy ➡️ melty, golden, and so satisfying. Plus, it packs ~20g protein to keep you fueled all morning.

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)
1.5c Cottage Cheese
1 Bell Pepper
1/2c Chopped Onion
1 Jalepeno
½ Cheddar Cheese
4 Slices of Bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop your bell pepper, onion, and jalapeno and combine in mixing bowl with cottage cheese and cheddar cheese.
Slice bread of choice and top with ÂĽ the topping on each slice.
Air Fry at 395 degrees for 10 minutes
Ta-dah!
Pro tip: make the topping ahead of time so you can just toast + roast daily for a ready-in-minutes breakfast.
